Parking

While staying at The Met South Beach, we offer two types of parking to our guests.
If you have a car please let us know that you need parking and we will make the necessary arrangements. If you simply park on the street you might get a ticket or have your car towed.
Depending on your reservation parking might be included or at a fee of $15.00/day.

We offer two different types of parking:

We have a covered parking garage located on the corner of 4th St and Michigan Ave, just two

blocks away from your apartment. In order to park there you will need a key to open the gate. Once
you are in you can park in any empty space unless it says reserved.

To get there head north on Jefferson Ave toward 3rd St, turn left onto 3rd St, Turn right onto Michigan
Ave and the garage will be on the left corner of Michigan Ave & 4th St.

Our guests can freely park, right in front of The Met, on both sides of the street during week days from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

During Nights, Weekends and Holidays you will need a parking pass. Each parking pass is only valid for one day from 12:01pm to 12:00 pm on the next day. The date and the week day must be properly scratched and the parking pass must be left on the car’s dashboard.

Do not forget to use your parking pass or you will receive a parking ticket of $45.00 and your car can be towed.
