We are located in the nicest area of South Beach known as South of Fifth (SOFI), on a quiet residential street with plenty of parking, only three blocks from the ocean, two blocks from Miami Beach marina and within easy walking distance to the best restaurants, night life and shops. Our address is 226 Jefferson Ave, between 2nd and 3rd St.

Just redone, inside and out, the apart-hotel has eight one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartment facing a courtyard magnificently landscaped in Jamaican Plum trees, Asian bamboo, ambient lighting, water ponds and teak day beds.
